This is a thorough and detailed presentation of the case against granting the DCO, methodically evidenced, referencing the legal obligations of the various parties involved in the quest for a DCO. Maybe the DfT would do best to dismiss EWR Co and instead consult with the Cambridge Approaches team, who seem to have a far better grip on the issues and constraints than EWR Co.

Does anyone know why there is lots of Geo Tech survey work going on just South of Oakington where the Northern approach would have gone?Lots of core samples. They have been there for 2 weeks now.
