By subscribing on to cambridgeapproaches.org you are giving consent to to the EWR Cambridge Approaches Action Group to hold personal information about you for the purposes described below. . This personal information consists of your name and email address as entered during the subscription process.
We will use this information for the following purposes:
- Sending you emails containing updates from the Cambridge Approaches web site, normally in the form of newsletters.
- Other communications we send to supports (e.g. invitations to public meetings) related to the EWR Cambridge Approaches Action Group.
We will not share your personal information with 3rd parties or use it for any other purpose. At the end of the Cambridge Approaches project we will delete your personal information.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
