This is a thorough and detailed presentation of the case against granting the DCO, methodically evidenced, referencing the legal obligations of the various parties involved in the quest for a DCO. Maybe the DfT would do best to dismiss EWR Co and instead consult with the Cambridge Approaches team, who seem to have a far better grip on the issues and constraints than EWR Co.
